'If you have a late arrival, then never ever book at this hotel.
Despite a confirmed reservation, it is standing policy of this hotel to hand out the available rooms at a first come first serve basis. This was confirmed to me in writing by its manager.
So when arriving after midnight, and despite the confirmed booking through hotels.com, they stood me up.
