'My husband, daughter and I were traveling back home and stayed one night because we know courtyard by Marriott from past trips. We are so happy we stayed at this hotel. My husband is disabled and they allowed us to check in early, we got a room on the top floor with a balcony and a beautiful view. We will be staying here again for sure. We loved the gated garage as well. Parking $15 but worth it.'

'Very helpful, pleasant staff, very good lighting in parking area, liked the security of requiring a cardkey for entry, excellent water pressure, nice breakfast.
Suggest more consistent or double security for the property to better deter the non-guests frequenting the property, or maybe a high electric-gate and surrounding fence. The security responded quickly to the persons looking inside cars but maybe double security or a gate will help.
Suggest using same deodorizer in rooms as used in...

'Hotel itself is ok, very dated and needs new working gym equipment. The area is sketchy with so many unhoused people in very close proximity to the hotel! It gives the impression of being unsafe. '

The parking lot was full most nights, if that's any indication. '

'This is the first time I've stayed, but I have visited the Kennedy School several times before. I love how much there is to do just on the campus. The food is tasty, the room was comfortable, and I loved the soak pool. I also appreciate that the property is in a neighborhood of Portland that I love. Overall, I had a lovely stay!'
