'I waited approx 40 minutes before getting response from host. Parking was limited with the exception of a lot where you have to go over side walk with ur car with a big rock in between. Trust me you wont have an oil pan after parking. The apt. Is on top of a hill, the area doesn't appeared safe at all. After seeing location not finding a place to park, i decided to leave however i loss all my money. No refund. Host never contacted me to at least refund half of the money. A total loss and waist...

'Gianna was very welcoming and her place was very clean and secure. It is behind the Hyatt and they have security guards as well as roaming the parking lot. I wasn't home much during the day mainly just to sleep. The walls are pretty thin though and outside noises could cause a little disruption especially the roosters in the morning but she did mention its Puerto Rico life!
