'Terrible experience. The entire place smelled strongly of marijuana, and the front desk was often unavailable when I needed assistance. I stayed for only about 30 minutes because there was no internet access in my room. When I reported the issue, I was repeatedly told the internet was working, but several other guests also came to the front desk complaining about the same problem. 'Location was good - restaurants/coffee/shops all within walking distance. The room was NOT cleaned upon check-in. The bathroom door didn't lock (missing knob on the inside), and the drain to the tub was clogged so a shower turned into a bath within 30 seconds. Room service didn't appear until our 3rd day and most likely only because we asked. We also had to specifically ask them to take the trash and request additional toilet paper and towels.'
