'This was a first visit to a casino hotel. What a great surprise! Great modern foyer space with secure access to the elevators - keycard only provided access to the actual floor. Large reception desk with the area opening up to the casino floor. Personnel could be trained to provide a "welcome story" on the property and the offerings. 'What started off as a continuation of a great trip to Louisville quickly devolved when we checked into The Galt. Immediately, there was no where to pull in and check-in, so we had to park and come upstairs to the lobby. When we got checked in they put us in the tower across the street, but would only give us parking for the east tower. Every time we had to go to our car, we had to go up one floor, change elevators to go up to 3, go across the atrium to our building and into another elevator that...
