Reserved the 2 bedroom ocean panoramic view suite. Was on the 12th floor and the view was great. No complaints about the room, cleanliness, water pressure/temperature, comfortable bed, etc, were all fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly retrieving our car or calling a taxi for us. Would definitely recommend.

I booked 3 rooms with sea view but can’t see the sea. I paid more fur sea view but it’s a scam by advertising sea view. I want to warn others not to be tricked by them. This property in right on the main road not far from the airport and not by the sea.

空港からタクシーで5分。ホテルの前にバス停隣にコンビニ。室内は清潔で快適でした。毎日のベッドメイクも完璧でした！次回も必ずここに泊まります♪繁華街から少し離れてていて静かで安全で良かったと思います！

Perfect room for family of 4. Well organised rooms and staff was nice. The only thing we didnt like was that we were told that we couldnt park onsite and instead had to walk 3 blocks away on a heavy raining day. We originally booked the place because it says parking available. Guess you have to make sure whether its "onsite" or "offsite" parking

Did not meet the quality as expected. The picture and reality waa not the same. The employees was very helpful though and helped us check in earlier. But due to the poor quality of cleanliness, we left 2 hours after check in.

Lovely hotel in Jeju-si. Rooms were nice and modern, with heated floors - a nice bonus in winter. Very cool lobby with vending machines and free breakfast was a nice bonus. We didn’t use parking but the option is available.

Hotel is clean , bathroom is quite big and clean. The morning breakfast sandwich which is free , is wholesome and a great start to the day. Overall , enjoyed staying at Ventimo, would highly recommend it. The airport is very close . Checkin and checkout was quick. Lots of eating places within walking distance. 客房新穎、乾淨 位置很便利
飯店位置非常好，附近有多個公車站可搭車往機場、客運站和主要景點，走個十幾分鐘就能到蓮洞商圈購物。一樓大廳附設自動咖啡機，也有座位供旅客休息。規模雖不大，但是設施俱全，有健身房還有免費洗衣機、烘衣機，非常方便。每天睡前只要將房內的黑色保溫袋掛到門外，就能拿到免費的早餐三明治，三明治口味每天都不同，還有附新鮮水果，雖然很簡單，但是份量充足，超乎期待。飯店櫃台人員英文流利，溝通無礙，也很親切回答關於交通的問題。客房設備很新，也打掃得很乾淨，還能遠眺海景，價格也不貴，非常滿意！

Everything is good, nice view from the hotel room. Plus point is can use washing machine and dryer for free as long as you prepare your own washing detergent. Free sandwich in the morning and tastes great. There is a drink vendor machine at 1st floor, which sells tasty drinks.

The Hotel was clean, friendly staff and very convenient. Close by to Buses, restaurants, shopping and convenient stores. The sandwhiches was fresh, great for a light breakfast. We recommend to stay here for your next trip to Jeju!

Car Park 太易滿，每晚10點返到酒店，就要將車泊到兩個街口外的第二停車場 即使泊到酒店樓下的停車場，每次都要早15分鐘通知前台取車，有點不方便。

Very good hotel with excellent service. Free sandwiches are provided for breakfast every day. In particular, it is very close to the airport (about 5 minutes by taxi).
