'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'Nice hotel. Clean room. Bathroom is old Korean style where shower toilet are next to each other. They did put in a glass divider, but not enclosed. Meaning, the entire bathroom floor will get wet. Be reminded, you are pretty far from key areas, choices of restaurants, etc. Golf would be the primary recreation. They do have a CU in the lobby, but access via QR code and self checkout. '

'韓国語が全然わからなくても問題ありませんでした。 夜に異国の地を歩きましたが危険なエリアでもなく、安心できました。 コンビニ、スタバ、オリヤン、バス停すべて徒歩圏内で凄く便利でした。 タクシーで行った際も玄関前でおろしてもらえて、重い荷物でも楽チンでした'

'This hotel is a gem! Mr Kim and his wife were wonderful hosts who made our stay in Jeju exceptionally cosy and welcoming. They were great at recommendations and went above and beyond in their service whenever we had a question or needed help. Highly recommend if you love staying at a home away from home while traveling! We really appreciated their hospitality. '
