'We were not pleased with this hotel; there was construction going on that we might have overlooked during our booking. The front counter staff were not friendly at all and seemed to be bothered when asked questions and during checking in and out. The gym was unavailable as it was being used as a storage room during renovation. The pool was not heated and was not well taken care of. On a better note, the self-served breakfast was very well organized, and with staff that cared about us.'

'There was all kinds of hair left on the bedding, dead cockroaches in the corners of the room, and at night, cockroaches crawled all over the place. The room was extremely unsanitary.'

'I didn't like that the sheets were stained and the covering of the bed had cigarette burn marks on them . This was supposed to be a non smoker room. I wouldn't stay there again.'

'Upon checking in to my room, the tv remote didn’t work. The ice machine on my floor was not working. There was trash in the hallway by the elevator. The kitchen was filthy. Stains on the floor in my room. The room also had a strange smell. There was no microwave in the room.'

'Smoking and weird smell all over the building and no luggage trolley , sofa matress has stains and bathroom has only 1 mini shampoo which is for only 1 person hardly and we're 4 persons and grab n go breakfast was terrible , there was no muffins and coffee was about to end'

'The room was clean and the cleaning staff are there for you all morning if you need extra towels, toiletries, etc. The cleaning staff was wonderful. If anything I would stay again just because of how nice and the customer service of this cleaning staff at the Marriott. Breakfast was good. A little variety Chang would have been nice. Though food was good. The work out room was big and plenty to work out with. That was a nice addition. The only thing I was disappointed and didn’t use was...
