'So when I got off the elevator on 2nd floor there is a smell. Which was same stuffy smell in my room. My TV kept cutting off which upset me when I was watching a very good show. Anyway staff was great but they need to get the source of that smell taken care of. Also my fridge never got cold enough for my drinks I had. So that sucked. I probably won’t revisit.'

Luego de llamar en varias ocasiones resulta que no me pueden reembolsar mi dinero, según el hotel. Donde el manager ese Nunca estaba disponible. No son empaticos, me tomaron mi dinero, no vallan a ese hotel. La trate de cancelar a Los dos minutos. Tampoco used Expedía, no ayudan a los usuarios. Desde hoy...

'I didn't like that the sheets were stained and the covering of the bed had cigarette burn marks on them . This was supposed to be a non smoker room. I wouldn't stay there again.'

'There was all kinds of hair left on the bedding, dead cockroaches in the corners of the room, and at night, cockroaches crawled all over the place. The room was extremely unsanitary.'

'Hoewel het geen vernieuwde Residence Inn is is het wat je van een Residence Inn verwacht. Nette ruime kamer, attent personeel, goed bereikbaar, ruime keus in het ontbijtbuffet, zwembad buiten.'

'The room was not well maintained. Room was not made up on a daily basis. There was no daily breakfast as advertised on their website. (Under construction) Should have been informed, would have chosen another hotel!!! Furniture was dated and worn down. Exterior of property was not well maintained and there were issues with the elevator.'

'Extended my stay and when I went to front desk to check out and check back in. They never took the deposit back after putting it on my card and I didn’t know. And they told me I would have to give them a new deposit of 100 dollars. Although the mistake was in their end forcing me to check out and leave. Never will stay here again. Times too hard to be makin mistakes like that and not accepting accountability'

'I do not recommend this place. The hotel is in very poor condition. The bedsheets were dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. I would not stay here again.'

'Smoking and weird smell all over the building and no luggage trolley , sofa matress has stains and bathroom has only 1 mini shampoo which is for only 1 person hardly and we're 4 persons and grab n go breakfast was terrible , there was no muffins and coffee was about to end'
