'There is no breakfast bar unless you are a member of Sonata and as far as the bar, the bartender was amazing. I didn’t get her name, but there wasn’t a very busy bar for that type of hotel being that it was in the high 80s in May you would think they would’ve opened either the indoor pool outdoor pool something and nothing was open. Nothing was clean. We had issues where the shower wood gurgle into the sink. There was a smell in the building as far as the staff I never saw housekeeping ever and...

'In my room all of the cabinets were falling off the hinges. The fan in the bathroom did not work. In the bathroom there was no towel hook and no toilet paper holder. Almost everything in the room was damaged. This is not a location that provides you with any Extended Stay cooking materials. They do not have any luggage carts. Sometimes you can't even park in front of your room. This is a place where you get what you pay for. Good for emergency stays not for anything else'

'My stay was very disappointing. The building is mid-renovation, and the service was subpar; I was even cursed at by a staff member when asking for extra bedding. The sofa bed mattress was of such poor quality that I felt the springs all night and ended up using the couch cushions for padding. Definitely not worth the stay in its current condition.'

'The pool was closed, the gym seemed stocked but I didn’t use any of the machines. only one elevator worked and it took forever to come. The hallway and stairs smelled of urine. The light cover literally fell off the wall above the sink as I was in the rest room. It was quiet and very close to shopping. '
