'Check in/out was fast and easy, receptionists were always friendly. Nice short stroll to Long Jetty for a bbq and walk. Building is fairly new, room was clean and comfortable. Access to Diggers for meals, as the hotel itself doesn't have the facilities. We were placed on level 2, so we were woken up by people heading back to their room from Diggers (10 mins of conversation and laughter). I suggest they place families on other floors. '

'Lovely high floor quiet room with everything we needed for our one night stay. Club Mingara is a very short walk away being next door and handy for dinner and breakfast at member prices due to staying at Encore by Mingara. Parking is nearby, either secure at additional cost or in the club carpark. Great stay!'

'room was perfect clean spotless linen was crisp and clean the coffee/tea station on top of fridge was so appreciated even in our budget room there was space for everything hangers in the wardrobe there was even milk in the fridge for us the checkin guy was great knew everything even looked up how long it would take us to get to the funeral the next day i needed the help and he was so happy to do so thank you again for everything '
