Unwind in Jensen Beach, FL at this lovely home. This property offers three comfortable bedrooms featuring a king bed and a spacious master bedroom with a sitting area. Guests will also have two (2) full twin beds in the second bedroom and find plenty of space to relax. There is also a third bedroom with a twin bed and side pull out bed. Two bathrooms include both a one bathtub and standalone shower, making mornings and evenings easy. The house stays cozy with heating and cooling which includes AC, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. Whether you’re getting ready for a day out or winding down, thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer added for convenience. This cozy home is located across from the beach, but guests will have full access to their own private beach area which is owned and exclusive to the community. Guests will be given gate access where you can drive your own car to the entrance of the beach and bring all your beach chairs, umbrellas etc., which is provided during your stay. Parking is allowed with your own vehicle to the entrance of the private beach area. DOGS are welcomed at the property during your stay with vaccination records. This beach house also has a fenced in yard for your pup to enjoy and did I mention a doggy bar filled with treats and toys for your pup's enjoyment? Dogs are ONLY allowed at Walton Rocks Beach, which is about 5-7 miles south of the property (a 10–15-minute drive). NO CATS allowed, the owner and family members are severely allergic. Directions and access to the private community beach will be given to guests who book their stay (literally within walking distance or driving distance less than 10 seconds) There is also a gazebo that is located at the entrance to the private beach for guests to enjoy. All bedrooms and living areas have television available plus complimentary cable and Wi-Fi. Washer and Dryer are included in your stay for your convenience. Guests will also have full access to a BBQ that is fully functional and ready to use. Guests will enjoy a full stocked kitchenware in the kitchen plus a K-cup coffee maker or a regular coffee maker.
