'This property is extremely welcoming, incredibly clean and while appointed. You could spend the day there just enjoying yourself. I think the only thing I would feel should be more clear is that the dining room room was converted into a fifth bedroom with a queen or king bed in it. It really has no privacy other than some screens that you can move around. If people are OK with that, fine. We all went to bed at the same time so it didn’t matter.'

'Diamond Sands is an awesome place, everything the listing says it is. My siblings and I had a family reunion there, four couples in total. There was plenty of space and comfortable beds for all of us. My kids and grandkids who live in the area were able to visit us for a cookout on Sunday, and we had everything we needed to do that, including an extra propane tank.The property is beautiful, with plenty of games and activities to keep us occupied. 'Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. '
