Guest Check-In Form: All guests over the age of 18 are required to fill out a check-in form with their ID, name, and phone number details.

-No parties/events unless pre-approved
-Quiet hours: no loud music after 9 PM (Mon–Thu) and 12 AM (Fri–Sun)
-No smoking inside
-Registered guests only unless approved
-Parking: max 4 cars on property (ask if you need more)
-Trash/Recycling: place bins out on scheduled days ($200 fee may apply for missed pickup)
