איך נהנינו אני ובן זוגי.יחס מושלם החל מפקיד הרבלה בשם אנטון שקיבל אותנו ממש יפה.החליף לנו בעצמו את החדר שלא כל מצא חן בעיננו בגלל הנוף. קיבלנו חדר מדהים נקי ומסודר. האוכל פשוט מהמם טעים וטרי. אני בטוח אחזור לשם. ממליצה לכל מי שרוצה מלון עפ מיקום נהדר,יחס שירות פשוט מצויין.

בסך הכל החדרים בסדר הזמנו חדר לזוג+שני ילדים , שודרגנו לחדר משפחה ללא עלות וזו היתה הפתעה מאוד נעימה,החדר מאוד מרווח ונוח. השירות טוב ונעים, האוכל סביר, אין מבחר גדול אבל בהחלט כל אחד יכול למצוא את טעמו. טעון שיפור בתחזוקת המעליות-איטיות לא מספיק לתת מענה לכל אורחי המלון. יש חניה מקורה אבל לא מספיק מסודר והמעבר בה לא נוח . אמנם המלון לא נמצא במרכז העיר, אבל ישנו קו אוטובוס שיוצא ממש מפתח המלון ומאפשר תנועה בעיר מבלי להזיז את האוטו. המלון בהחלט נותן מענה לחופשה בעירו

J’aime bien cet hôtel très familial et touristique. Il faut une voiture car il n’y a rien autour . La chambre familiale est juste pour 4 personnes mais ça va . Le petit dej est très bien il y a ce qu’il faut .

Very poor guest service. I needed a bottle of water one night at midnight because I was sick coughing. The reception told me that the bar was closed and no one gave me water. I found it very rude and so unprofessional.

However, unfortunately the hotel's bar & restaurant are closing at 23.00 pm every day therefore we do not have any room service for food & beverage between 23 pm to 7 am. We are sorry if you weren’t informed but The tap water are sure drinkable, also there's cold water in the lobby area available for the guests free of charge 24hrs. please note we did addressed this straight away to our staff in order To avoid such cases in the future Best regards

This hotel needs an intense renovation urgently. Its mainly used for big bus tours bringing in travelers for a quick stay, lobby was filled with 100 people when arrived. 2 elevators were working very slow. the dinner / breakfast room is massive, loud and uncomfortable. The rooms are old and in bad conditions. the first room i saw was stinky (old cold cigar smoke), the second smelled artificial to cover up something, but i had no choice than to take it. The shower was disgusting, black mold everywhere. i would have stayed somewhere else, but Jerusalem was booked out.

The hotel is located in a quite residential area which was good for us since we traveled with a car and searched for an hotel with parking (which was free and had lot of it, unlike other hotels which only have a few parking spaces available). The hotel is a bit dated, which mostly reflect in the bathroom where the hair dryer and soap dispenser turned yellow with age... the room was big, the beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. As other reviewers mentioned - the elevators are slow and in poor condition, one of the 2 had broken floor tiles, but they do have signs announcing upcoming construction work to remodel them so that would probably be a non issue soon. We had breakfast there during Passover and it was good but nothing special, I'm guessing it's better during the rest of the year when they can serve bread/pastries. The staff was very nice. Overall a good mid-level hotel with a decent value for money.

The hotel is beautiful. The location great, so long as you have a car. Food is amazing. Bedrooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable.

El hotel tiene una buena relación calidad precio para lo que hay en la Ciudad aunque está alejado del centro y se necesita taxi o bus para cualquier cosa fuera de la zona. He tenido una incidencia de obras de emergencia que me han perturbado la estancia bastante durante dos dias aunque me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación no le dijeron que la obra duraría otro día más y al día siguiente empezaron los trabajos a las 8:15 am hora que entiendo tenían que haber avisado o haber continuado los trabajos por la tarde el día anterior que no se veía a nadie. La habitación Slds tamaño está bien aunque algunas imperfecciones como puerta de armario que no abre bien, techos del ex wc bajos la ducha no llega hasta la cabeza y es algo estrecha e incomoda la bañera. Los ascensores no daba abasto cuando entran grupos y habría uno parado por cambio a nuevo. Los techos muy bajos bajando las escaleras hasta el punto que te das en la cabeza si te descuidas y los filos de los escalones están cubiertos con una chapa que sujeta la moqueta y es bastante incomodo cuando se bajan las escaleras especialmente. El hall está bien es amplio y el desayuno correcto. La temperatura del hotel es bastante agradable para el frío que hacia esos días. El aparcamiento aunque está poco cuidado si es bastante práctico y fácil de usar y accesible. El director es un señor amable aunque hay detalles como el de la obra que tendría que mejorar. El checkin Y el check out fueron rápidos. Es mejorable el mantenimiento de hotel.
