Vakantieparken in Jervis Bay Territory

'Bij inchecken bleek dat er geen badkamer was, dit was niet duidelijk aangegeven. Alles was vies en smerig en de receptionist wilde ons alleen upgraden naar een cabin die twee keer zo duur was. In de tussenklasse was een cabin vrij maar hij zei van niet. Dit kwam heel onbetrouwbaar over.'

'We absolutely loved our stay! The kids especially loved the pool! 😊 One suggestion would be to add an undercover area to the verandah for protection from all weather conditions. We experienced heavy rain during our stay, and unfortunately, the rain came through the door. We understand the whole area is currently undergoing renovations and landscaping, and we look forward to coming back again once everything is completed! Overall, we had a lovely stay and can’t wait to return!'

'Stunning location. Great facilities. We'll be back!'

'The cabin was quiet, cosy and warm, and it was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. However, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay.'

'Great amenities, very family friendly, peacefully quiet at night, very helpful staff.'

'Paid resort style prices for a 2 bedroom Villa off season, in a remote location for a cabin with rooms you could not move around in. We had to shuffle around the beds like a small caravan. No room to turn in the bathroom. Marks all over the walls and mould on the blind. I had to park my car at reception as the park has turned 90% of their units into live in accomodation, and I could not drive my car down the appropriate driveways to the unit as garbage, rubbish and old broken cars blocked...

'We enjoyed the pool. The cabin was lovely and very clean. The staff were delightful.'

'The customer service was wonderful - no request was too much! Thank you so much for such a special view and perfect weekend. I look forward to coming back again soon.'
