'Cottage was very clean and had all the necessary items for cooking. Loved the closeness to downtown, so if needed to run back to drop the dog off or grab a quick lunch, it was absolutely not a problem. Being Pet friendly was also a blessing. Only inconvenience we had was with check in, we didn’t receive a code to get into the cottage, so once we were finally able to talk to someone, after about an hour of back and forth, we got Jeannie the manager of the property whom was very apologetic, not...

'An issue at check-in but host was responsive and accommodating. Neighbors’ dog barking a night was not fun. View was nice. Inside is VERY vintage….I felt like I was house sitting at my grandma’s old lake house. For us, it was ok. '

'This was a great place to harbor during our spring break stay in Hot Springs. While we always chose to drive, it is possible to walk to Central Avenue and down Bath House Row which is where all the day and night life is. It says in the description of the house that it is not ADA accessible. Believe it. My spouse is a bit older, and he made it, but remarked every time he climbed the concrete steps out front. Additionally, the house appears to have been added on to through the decades as no floor...
