'Had one night in Chungdu. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful to make sure we made the most of our short stay. We were upgraded and our request for a room on a lower floor was made possible. Shame we didn’t have more time to explore the hotel but a great location and super room. '

It was a pity that the ventilation system of one of the rooms didn't work, but apart from that the rooms were luxurious, spacious, nice, comfortable and had everything you need. 'I enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was spacious and well maintained. However, the best thing I appreciated is the kindness of the staff. All staff were nice, but Leo Liu helped me amazingly. He asked me if I needed anything and made sure that I was enjoying the facilities and activities. He made my day. Really appreciated it. Because of him, everything at the hotel went smoothly.'

'I had a lovely day at this hotel. Rooms are only a tiny bit dated but it was very clean and a very comfortable stay. Staff are absolutely impeccable and the cafe/ restaurant on the ground floor is excellent. The area is very safe with some lovely parks nearby although there didn't seem to be much shopping in the immediate vicinity. Dining options were a little bit limited unless you dined at the hotel. The city itself is a hidden gem unknown to many Westerners. Zhaoming Tai blew my brains out...
