The hotel staff were very proactive and attentive in offering help, which made our trip much smoother. The facilities are almost brand new, well-equipped, and met all our needs. The room was spacious, bright, and spotless, with excellent soundproofing for a peaceful rest. The bed was perfectly comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep.

"We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left after 1. Stains, hairs, dust, insects, used tissues. That was all in the room when we got in. The staff was very dismissive and shrugged it off, saying we should wear slippers in the room because the floor is dirty! The airco cannot be controlled, so it is also very cold in the room.
We were covered in bed bug bites the next day. The staff offered another room, but it was as dirty as the previous, and the staff said they cannot guarantee that that room does not have bed bugs!
