'Uniek wat betreft de professionaliteit van de medewerkers. Altijd supervriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Vooral de heer Sohan op de 9e verdieping. Dankjewel voor de geweldige verblijf.'

'Behulpzaam personeel en een schone kamer'

'Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio'

'Good hotel'

'In the said budget the Hotel was good. I was with family and found no worries. Mine was Premium room with two double beds. Sufficient size. Staff was helpful. You can have deliveries including food in your room too. The manager and the staff were good and helpful. Location wise it's good if you want to travel around in South Mumbai.'

'Great location, awesome food and value for money . Only problem...they have street parking '

'Amazing '

'Staff was helpful and nice but the room not clean at all , hair in the bed shower dirty mirror never been washed for years Price is low but 5$ more for another place is a good investment'

'No complaints. Staffs are very co-operative'

'They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! '

'Good'

'Shops are close, property needs maintenance, no towel, no toiletries- soap, shampoo, sheets had blood spot stains. Bad experience. '
