Very friendly staff. Nice villas. Good location just steps from the beach and close to where most of the cafes and surf rentals and lessons are there. Has decent spa. Never saw gym or kids club so can’t comment on those. Breakfast buffet could be better as it had quite limited selection but it may be typical for Bali. We usually take our second cup of coffee from breakfast to go as we have younger kids who don’t do well sitting around a table after eating while we enjoy a coffee. We did this on first two days but were refused on third day, and that was after being told coffee were coming and waiting for them for 10 minutes. This was very strange as it’s a small request that was rejected for no logical reason. Every hotel in the world we have stayed in has been happy to accommodate that request.

Tout était parfait, à part un problème avec le spa, sinon villa au top, structure parfaitement entretenue. Seul problème, le petit déjeuner qui peut facilement se résoudre en demandant gentiment aux serveuses qui sont très gentilles et font de tout pour faire plaisir.

素敵なバリ島でのビラ滞在。
日本では味わえないような素敵なプライベートプール付きのビラでの滞在。かなり広い敷地なので、ビラ同士のプライバシーには全く問題なく過ごせます。 部屋は3ベットルームとおもいっきり広いリビング。食洗機、レンジ、オーブンと生活に必要な食器まで全て揃っています。毎日フルーツとコーヒー豆も補給してくれ、スタッフは親切でフレンドリーに対応してくれます。 Wi-Fiの接続の問題や食洗機が故障などもありましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。 歩いてすぐにビーチにも行けるし、裏門から出るとオシャレなショッピングモールなどもあり、とても便利な立地。 友人達とのんびり楽しく過ごす休日。とても素敵なバリ島滞在が出来ました。

ビーチまでロビーから30秒程で着き、なかなかのオーシャンビュー! フォトスポットもあります! お部屋もとても広くプール付き ただ部屋の電気のスイッチがたくさんありどこにあるか迷いました。 あと虫や小動物がいましたが部屋にはあまり入って来ませんでした! ベッドも大きくゆったり過ごせる場所ですので是非泊まってみて下さい!

蚊の対策が必須
ヴィラであることを理解してゆっくりするにはお勧め。ただし建物には隙間が多く蚊の対策が過剰なくらい必要。全然見かけなかったので甘くみてましたが、翌朝子供が20箇所近く刺されてました。また近くにコンビニ等が無いので多少不便。アメニティに歯ブラシが無く困りました。プールは幼児と遊ぶには十分でしたが、大人だけだとコンディションも含めて微妙。

Great pool villa . Resort located opposite Four seasons Sundara restaurant. Perfect for a family and over 60's . Local area is only other 5 stars resorts. We loved the day out to the sister Karma Kandara , don't miss the pool and the creek beach accessible by a funicular . Very impressive.

Well our stay was a bit of a let down, the photos on the website need to be updated! they must have been taken a number of years ago and the hotel is a lot more run down now. We did have a few problems with our room but these were quickly remedied and the hotel staff were very helpful.

Nice stay for families
It was a nice stay especially it had a nice pool. The villa next door played music so loudly at night, so I called the reception, and their help was prompt. The food was just okay(not excellent), but better than the ones at Karma Kandara.

Not enough time so we will be back!
A quiet retreat in paradise. More space than we needed but hope to return with the kids in the future. Private pool, outdoor shower, large tub, beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to restaurants and convenient beach access.

尽情享受 浪费在美好的时光里
我在这里住了五天,门面不大,大堂也跟餐厅链接起来,不过毕竟全是别墅的酒店估计也是这种格局吧。karma jinbaran的面积很大,我们住的别墅只在大堂大门别墅范围行动没在整个酒店观光一周。别墅很惊喜特别喜欢客厅,sony的音响和dvd插上iphone听音乐开着落地门外面就是泳池,音乐和游泳吃着西瓜喝着豆奶超级享受。酒店门口走几十米就到金巴兰海滩了,我们正对着的海滩位置是最出名的日落地点。在厨房煮饭,服务员很贴心,我们每晚吃完的东西不收拾他们早上就会打理得很干净给我们。最后一天退房很有惊喜,他们会免费接送我们去karma的悬崖酒店第二家karma去观光。太美了那里,除了看日落,因为他大堂在悬崖下去沙滩需要坐缆车,还第一次坐缆车去沙滩很不一样的感受,沙滩到了傍晚还有dj有一场音乐会的bbq派对,晚上我们在悬崖的karma吃了地中海餐厅,菜式很精致真的超好吃,后来查了百度才发现这家karma的地中海餐厅被评为印尼十大餐厅之一。总之这次旅行就是:赞。

후각이 예민한 분들에겐 비추, 여러명이 함께하기엔 좋은 거실 강추
아침 조식장소에 화장실 냄새가 났으며 샤워기 및 모든 온수에서 바닷게 삶은물 냄새가 아주 불쾌하여 양치질하기도 싫고 너무 오래된 냄새가 푹푹 나서 불쾌하고 거실 에어컨이 작동안되어 신고했으나 두어시간 뒤에서 고치려 왔으며 그나마 한쪽 에어컨은 여전히 작동되지 않고 있음. 출입구 시건장치가 허술해 직원들이 불쑥들어와서 메너 없고 장점은 넓은 면적대비 가격이 싸다는것과 연관된 카르마 개인 바닷가에 공짜로 이용하고 올수 있다는점은 그나마 다행

Could be better - you can make it !
Frankly speaking, it was a bit disappointing. The 1st 3 bedrooms villa that we stayed, we found rats running around and had a lot of mosquitos bite. We requested to switch to another 3 bedrooms villa but the condition of the villa was old & wear out, not impressive. Master room bathroom air ventilation down, ants marching along the sanctuary sinks. We even hated ourselves that we needed to make so many calls to the front desk for reporting these issues. Anyway, the staffs have been very nice and helpful to do their best fixing the problems. In regards to food, the In-Villa BBQ is terrific ! Fresh salad & seafood, Great steak, we said a BIG "THANK YOU" to the chef. For Breakfast, it's a bit disappointing at the 1st two days, insufficient servers so wait long for them cleaning table and taking order from the set menu. Afterward they switched to serve Buffet Breakfast which made their lives so much easier, we kind of enjoying their buffet breakfast.

Dear Noel Thank you for your feedback from your stay at Karma Jimbaran and I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with some areas of the resort. Karma Jimbaran enjoys being set within lush tropical gardens which receives very positive comments from our guests. With a selection of our villas having one of the bedrooms with outside shower/toilet areas it can be possible for ants to make their way from the garden area and we continually take preemptive action to ensure that all areas are clean from pests but I am sorry that on this occasion this may not have been successful. Our standard breakfast inclusive package covers a American breakfast a-la-carte option. During the period of your stay, whilst we had a large group in house who had opted for a buffet breakfast setup. We also made this available as an option to our other guests who chose to do so, with the a-la-carte option still available. I am happy to hear that you did enjoy the food during your stay with us and apologize for any delay in service you may have experience during a period of high occupancy. Your feedback will be shared with the team as we continue our training and service programs as we aim for the goal of continually exceeding our guests expectations and we would all love to welcome you back again in the future to see the results. A diabolical 3 star experience in a 5 star resort.
This property is very beautiful and if was maintained and the service that was offered was acceptable it has the capacity to meet the 5 star rating. Our experience was disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. Having stayed in a lot of 5 star facilities across the globe the experience at Karma was no more than 3 star. We arrived at 8.30 pm and were made to wait for over an hour to be taken to our room. We were told there was only one person who could check us in and he was busy. At this time there were numerous staff milling around who were apparently not able to take us to our Villa. Every appliance and electrical piece of equipment in the villa was broken or not working. This included; the dishwasher, the kettle, air conditioning, the toaster, the VCR, the TV and numerous other smaller items. After numerous requests for things to be fixed, with most of the items, we had to go and sit in reception and refuse to move until they were replaced or dealt with.After 5 days of this nonsense I asked to speak to the manager and was requested to wait in the villa for her. It took her two hours to arrive and when she did she said she was totally unaware of the issues being experience. Shocking but true. As a result of her visit there was suddenly a scurry of people around the villa trying to resolve issues some of which were still not fixed when we left. The service was simply diabolical from beginning to end.

Amazing--gorgeous place
You need to stay here. The villas are incredible, the private pool in your villa is nice, the staff are amazing.lbenjamin and Grahame make sure you have a great time...thanks for all your help and assistance with our mess, the barbecue in the villa was great as we were coming in late, the food at the restaurant is really tasty and served beautifully, and the movie night for the kids is a nice plus...definitely would recommend this place...couldn't ask for anything more

everything was great. scope of improvement is surely there. Like Microwave wasn't working , there was no ironing table and iron in the villa, there should be a door bell given the size of the villa - i mean noone would get to know who is knocking if you are up in the master bedroom. else it was a perfect stay and loved every bit of it

ビーチから近いヴィラにステイしたくて、このヴィラを予約しました。 ビーチからすぐ。 こじんまりした玄関ですが、奥に入るとゴージャスなヴィラが! 大家族のため3ベッドと予約したところ、到着したら4ベッドの部屋にアップグレート。 4ベッドの他にもお部屋があったり、トイレやお風呂は数えきれないほど…迷子になっちゃいそう。 でもゆっくり過ごせました。 ホテルのプールでは禁止されてる飛び込みも、ヴィラの中のプールでは飛び込み放題。 子供たちは朝から晩まで泳ぎまくっていました。 泳ぎ疲れたら、ビーチを歩いて近くのシーフードレストランへ。 ビーチの砂の上で、食事をしながら見る夕焼けは最高でした。 ヴィラは大家族向け、もしくは友達家族と一緒に泊って楽しんでください。

물건도난! 그리고 금고, 객실방문고장등...
별 다섯개, 그리고 훌륭하게 찍혀진 사진... 그래서 비싼 금액을 지불하고 방문을 했다. 주위 절반 가격밖에 안되는 리조트 , 그리고 풀빌라에 비해 많이 작은 규모, 그리고 하나뿐인 조그만 레스토랑. 조식포함으로 갔지만 뷔페가 아닌 10-~18불가량의 식사메뉴와 음료는 별도로 금액을 지불하고 먹어야했던곳. 체크인을 하고 나니 금고는 고장났고, 방문은 제대로 닫기지가 않아 도착한 다음날 수리를 했다. 그리고 3일을 있는동안 모기와의 전쟁, 유독 다른 풀빌라,리조트보다 모기가 얼마나 많았던지.. 귀국 후 뎅기열검사까지 했다. 아마 평생 살아가면서 물려야 할 모기를 이 날 3박을 하면서 다 물렸던것같다. ********************************************** 그리고 가장 큰 사건 : 체크아웃하기위해 가방을 들고 객실을 나섰다. 그리고는 1분도 채 되지않아 텔레비젼 위에 벗어놓은 시계와 반지가 생각나 급히 뛰어갔다. 그런데 하우스키퍼 1명, 웰컴과일을 놓아주는 직원 한명, 그리고 왠 엔지니어? 3명. 합 5명이 객실에 들어와있었고 하우스키퍼를 주기위해 놓아둔 동전이랑 3천5백원상당의 시계와 반지는 모두 없어졌다.서로 안가져갔다고한다. 경찰을 불렀으나 이 역시 뒷짐지고 있는상태. 금액에 관계없이 이런일 늘상 생기는듯했다. 그러기에 체크아웃한다고 전화하던지 아님 가방을 꾸려나가면 무전을 들은 직원, 그리고 심지어는 레스토랑 여직원까지 객실을 들어간다...혹 손님이 고가의 물건을 놓아두고 가지는않았는지... 미칠노릇이였다. 더 심했던건 호텔의 사장이 왔다. 영국인같이 보였는데 자기할말만 한다. 사과도 없이.... 너무나 어처구니없는 여행이였다. 발리를 가게된다면 증명이 된 풀빌라를 이용하거나 아님 리조트를 이용하시길 바란다. 어중간한 이런곳은 보안도, 내 개인 프라이버시도 모든게 허락되지않을뿐더러 어떠한 일이 생겼을때 해결이 안되는 아주 못된곳이다......

のんびりできるホテル
家族四人で2ベットルームを予約したのですがアップグレードされて4ベットルームにしてくれました。二階建てで有り余る位の広さで嬉しい反面、それぞれのベットルームには屋内からはアクセスできず外からしか入ることができないので不便を感じました。 部屋にキッチンが付いているので長期滞在する人にはいいかも。レストランは一つだけで、安くなかったですが味はまぁまぁでした。 周りに何もないところなのでのんびりするにはいいホテルだと思います。

Got upgraded to their sister hotel Karma Kandara a week before our trip due to damage in our allocated room at Karma Jimbaran. The restaurant and spa at the hotel (Karma Kandara) must be among the finest in their class. Staffs were very attentive and friendly. We have enjoyed our stay there and will be looking forward to going back.
