'Monica is a warm and friendly hostess. She welcomed us for our winter stay with a fire in the fireplace, candles lit, and some herbal tea on the table. She is an artist and collects art, so she has decorated the house in a rustic but elegant style. House was clean and well equipped. Setting is beautiful in a very rural area on the edge of the park with some huge cork oaks in the yard. It was a great base for a week of hiking in December. Summer would be even nicer to enjoy the pool but be away...

'Lovely hotel with a fantastic aspect. Staff were exceptional and very friendly, Juan was a gem and could speak English. The room was spacious but not a lot of storage so had to live out a suitcase. Airconditioning decided to stop sending out cold air on the second last day. But weather was a little bit cooler only about 32. Swimming pool was lovely to jump into after travelling around. The restaurant had a nice breakfast not huge but nice and the evening meal was very Spanish some lovely dishes...
