'Nice decor inside… classic European feel in common areas and stairways. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff during all (morning, afternoon, and evening) shifts!!! That included physically helping with bags but also helping with suggestions for things to do in the area (and what might not be worth the time). The breakfast options that we tried were delicious!! (Mango avocado toast with side of eggs, and egg, cheese, and bacon on toast). They also weren’t sticklers for every detail (my...

'Clean hotel. Walking distance to both Saturday and Sunday street markets. '

'Very friendly, comfortable and location on walking distance from city center '

'Excellent value. Location was perfect, room was always clean and comfortable (albeit without window) and the staff were very obliging. Only negative was that our room doorlock didn't work properly and the door could actually be opened with little force. Otherwise, definitely book again'

'I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs. The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand. The neighborhood was a little outside the city,...

'We were really impressed, great rooms (double and twin next door for teenagers). Rooms very clean and high end. Breakfast amazing. Reception staff very helpful. Loads of laundry places close to drop. We actually used a coin operated one for 30 baht! Close to Thai boxing arena. We loved it there. Uncle restaurant pricey for Thailand but excellent food and drinks. We went twice.'

'All excellent. Recommend highly'

'The location is very convenient, close enough to Old Town to walk everywhere easily, but still far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the balcony. It even had its own sink, which was such a practical and unique touch. One thing to note is that there’s no elevator. We were lucky to be staying on the second floor, so it wasn’t too bad for us, but it could be a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggage.'

'Located close to the city center. Breakfast is not si good. Rooms look old. Bed is clean and staff is friendly and helpfull'

'The rooms are nice, modern and clean. But some things need improvement: WiFi was not usable, and for 5 days they kept saying: ‘we’ll have it fixed’. Nothing changed during our stay. The chairs in the restaurant urgently need replacement. They are so dirty and stained that you’ll loose all appetite looking at them. Some clean towels still had stains in them. '

'In Old Town, very nice, convenient for our needs and within the area for hotel pickup for our tours. Worked great for us!'

'Very nice place. Conveniently located. '
