'The rooms are nice, modern and clean. But some things need improvement: WiFi was not usable, and for 5 days they kept saying: ‘we’ll have it fixed’. Nothing changed during our stay. The chairs in the restaurant urgently need replacement. They are so dirty and stained that you’ll loose all appetite looking at them. Some clean towels still had stains in them. '

'I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs. The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. 'Water, regular and decaf coffee, and Ovaltine available all the time on each floor. Room clean and well laid out, with good A/C, comfortable bed, chair and small desk. My room had a view to an adjacent lot with a bunch of banana trees and other trees and shrubs, so full of birds to enjoy, including a pair of Greater Caucals that made cool jungle noises. A ten to fifteen minute walk to the Maya Mall and One Nimaan, right across the street from there, and not much further to the Nimaan...

'We booked 4 villas and the management has arranged the villas to be next to each other. The staff is very friendly, prompt and helpful. However, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the swimming pool area. Me and my friends were never able to swim.'

'I felt like home staying at Chor Chang House. Everybody at this family-run hotel is friendly and takes effort to accommodate guests' needs. I plan to come back on my next visit to Chiang Mail. There are lots of affordable local restaurants in the neighborhood, and the Nimman area is within a walking distance when the weather is okay. '

'When I first got there the balcony door was cracked open. In the night when I went to the toilet I had a mouse in the room. The tile in the shower was falling off the wall. Someone repaired it but they also went through my luggage and a few small items of mine were missing. The sheets were clean but some were stained. For the amount of usd I paid I think this property wasn’t worth it. Some staff was friendly and some seemed to be bothered. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.'
