'This is a family visit. The hotel is located near Changle park(old 动物园). There is a subway station right outside the hotel. There are a lot of subway lines build recently at Xian. It is very convenient to travel around city with subways. At hotel's parking lot, there is bus station for buses to Xian Xianyang airport. In short, the transportation is very good. 'As one of the cheaper luxury hotels in the city, Sofitel did not disapoint. The Service was outstanding. Everybody was extremely helpful and spoke good English. 'When my boyfriend and I arrived the room and bathroom were not cleaned at all. We complained at the reception and they gave us another room that was a bit better.
