'Very good service, this hotel is 2 min away from the Rinku town train station with a partial covered walkway. The rooms are Japanese standard, so quite small but enough for a solo traveller. The breakfast was good, although a few more western options would have been appreciated. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport (check the schedules!) and a convenience store located within the premises. 'Great views on Kobe port tower and the mountains. Beautiful hotel but do not expect to check-in earlier than 3pm. They are very strict and will not let you go to your room before the official check-in time even though there were some rooms ready. Also you need to store the luggage yourself without any help from the staff in their baggage room. Location and surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and breakfast buffet is extensive'

'Nice spacious rooms , location is very isolated so recommend to include breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Only the bathroom is a little small and old in design other than that just a nice perfect place for a family '

'駅から少し歩くのですが、坂を登り続ける訳ではないので何とかなる範囲です。駅前には大きなライフがありますので、生活には困りません。近くにレストランなどがあるのかも知れませんが、あまり目立たず、これといったお店はなかったように思います。裏を返せば閑静な環境です。朝は始発で出かける予定で、ホテルで食事などを取れなかったのが残念です。スタッフの方々は親切で、特に困る事はなかったです。また機会があれば訪れたく思っております！'

'Een prettig hotel dicht bij de Shinkaizen station. Nette kamers, De badkamer eenvoudig. Alleen moesten ook de gasten 12 euro voor het zwembad betalen. '

'People at reception were very friendly and helpfull but I do not like the hotel. Old fashioned and a lot of humidity in the hotelroom. Hotel room also does not smell fresh. So I prefer to stay at another hotel next time sorry.'

'神戸の滞在は毎度こちらにお世話になっています。神戸の同じ価格帯のホテルでは間違いなく1番快適な素晴らしいホテルです。いつも高層階の部屋を、電車の音が気にならないためお願いしていますが、今回5階でしたが思ったよりは気になりませんでした。ただ禁煙の部屋でしたが、クーラーから若干のヤニ臭と、シャワーカーテンのカビ臭が…苦手な臭いでしたので近くの薬局で消臭スプレーを買ってきましたが効果なし。。心なしか階数で清潔具合や客層が異なるように感じます。また毎度ランドリーを利用させていただき思うのですが、Tシャツ3枚と下着だけでも全く乾かず、結局4時間、なかなかの追加料金を支払い回すことになります。そして洗濯後服が臭くなります。順番もなかなか回ってこないため苦労します。なんとか機材を変えるか、せめて清掃はしていただきたいものです。それを差し置いても、また私は泊まりたいと思う良いホテルです。これからもよろしくお願いします^ ^'
