'We had a disappointing stay at this property. The house itself is ok, but the stay was let down by a lack of any attention to any detail. On arrival we found the garden was severely overgrown, with weeds well over our knee height, the kitchen cupboards and pots and pans were sticky and dirty, the glasses had lipstick stains on them and had to be washed before using, one room was empty of any furniture or furnishings apart from a built in cabinet and a tv...? The long life milk left in the fridge...

'I have stayed in many type premises. I have never stayed in a property where nothing was skimped. Everything was top notch. When we turned up the BBQ was in poor shape. 15 minutes later a Brand new BBQ was delivered. Incredible service and what a great property, Highly recommended.'

'Lovely stay clean and nice. Needs clearer instructions on turning on the Fireplace, as the power switch is not near the fireplace. Keys have to be worked out, only works in front door, and can not lock Granny flat. Check in to late, but really it is a lovely place and would stay there again'

'A beautiful clean property and a nice warm fire in side the house. It’s a house off the road and situated in the paddock with the sheep fenced in,my Husband and enjoyed our stay.'

'This is a beautiful property. Having multiple lounge areas was great as even with 7 of us it was easy to find a quiet space. The bathrooms were really clean and modern and the underfloor heating in them was great. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the gardens were really beautiful.'

'Beautiful house and area. We'll appointed and very comfortable. Bit of a problem with garbage from previous clients which was addressed but could not be done until Monday when our stay srated on Saturday. It was however addressed. Lovely place, very comfortable. Pet friendly great. Judith Wagner'

'A beautiful property, outdoors a little tired once inside the accommodation was excellent so many different areas suitable for family celebrations & friends get-togethers. Location could be a little tricky in busy times entering & exiting. Overall very happy with this property'

'We were recently in the Southern Highlands for our daughter's wedding and our extended family stayed at this beautiful property for 4 nights. What a fantastic stay! The entire property is lovely and the main house and cottage are perfect for group stays. The conservatory with its abundance of natural light, was the perfect place for the bride and bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done. Very clean and had everything to make your stay welcoming. We loved having a drink in the evenings...

'Great house. Very clean. Very warm and dog friendly'
