'We were delighted with our short stay at the Blue Lake Yellow Cottage. The cottage is just steps away from the water, and we wish we'd been there on a warmer fall day to enjoy the lake in our canoe! It is pet and family friendly, and once we got the wi-fi back up and running, we had great connectivity. Perfect spot for a quick get-away.'

'When we arrived heat was not working. Maintenance person was in process of repairing boiler system. It took rest of day before house was warm. House is very nice and was very clean. Rental company did help me with purchase of wood for fireplace to keep warm first night.'

'We stayed at the cottage for a few days for a mini spring break and had an excellent time. It was super comfortable, quiet and peaceful. The decor and added touches were very nice. The lake is beautiful and an easy 3-mile walk around the perimeter. As it was early April, there was a snow storm and lost power for a couple hours. The fireplace came in clutch, and thank you for having wood!!'

'Super cute “cottage” on Heart Lake. The property was spotless and the hosts were very accommodating, asking us to make sure to contact them if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything. Everything was already there at our fingertips. The weather was wonderful and we were able to make full use of the kayaks. Heart Lake is crystal clear and a pleasure to kayak on, as it has a no wake area and is quite quiet even in the area where a wake is allowed. Would highly recommend.'

'The cabin has been undated and was very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck watching geese swim by, kayaking on the lake, and catches up as a family. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and tools we needed. It is very close to a small town and to miles and miles of state owned wilderness and trails. We're so glad we booked this place!'

'This truly was a cute little cottage and we absolutely loved all the special touches that were available to us. The Firefly cottage was adorable and so well put together. My mother in law lives local so it was a perfect place to allow our family to hang out together. The only thing I found disappointing was that we were on the lake and it really wasn’t the lake experience I thought we would have. We really couldn’t swim. I had hoped to be able to float and hang out more in the water. No where...

'Kitchen had every tool, grill was awesome. Hot tub, was great to watch the stars. Only thing I would have asked is a heads up on the neighbors letting their dogs run free. Beyond that, perfect stay.'
