Our units are generally stocked with multiple towels. Additional towels are placed inside the cupboard under the bathroom sink. We do apologize if it was not there though and I have taken the matter up with our staff. Our breakfast packs are generally placed in the unit's fridge the previous evening or delivered the next day depending on when our guests check in. It is my understanding that you checked out before it could be delivered. Our staff would have gladly supplied the packs though on request at check out. Thank you and we hope to see you again.
