He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. 'Hotel itself was nice. Fire Alarm went off at 6am didn’t turn off for 10 min. My head was pounding. No announcements what was going on no nothing. Staff is still new forgot to take a deposit for the room then called me and acted like the machine didn’t take it. What a horrible experience for a brand new hotel. I have requested a refund because I still have a headache from the alarms ringing '
