'Nice room and location. The only negative thing I could say is that sometimes it was difficult to get out of the parking lot onto the main road. But I didn't find out until after my stay that there is a back way out.'

'Great location right in the center of Charleston. The hotel history was very unique. Had a fantastic sleep in the room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a great dinner and also a breakfast for ourselves and friends in the morning. Grounds had a flea market that was fun to walk around. Will be back next summer!'

The front desk staff was helpful in getting us checked in a little earlier that the 3:00 check-in time. The room was pleasant, and very clean throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
