'The room was nice and clean'

'We were there for graduation weekend which meant surge pricing and apparently minimal housekeeping. Room was dirty upon check-in with toothpaste residue on the mirror and console, and visible ???? On the carpet by the windows. We returned at 4 pm the next day and housekeeping hadn’t been to our room. I called the front desk and they promptly sent someone up to refresh everything. That was great. But, for $1000 a night, we should not have this. I will check out the Marriott or somewhere else...

'You can’t get a better value for your money anywhere else in East Lansing. Excellent property, close to grocery stores, eateries and other stores. Breakfast was way better than the Marriott AC Lansing hotel where we stayed earlier.'

'Room was spotless and silent, I don’t think we heard another guest our entire stay, despite them being fully booked. The rooms were a great size, had a mini fridge/freezer and microwave in room! Also plenty of storage and a full desk. It was nice to set up and unpack, and not feel like we’re living out of our suitcase. The man at the front desk that checked us in was so kind and helpful, and told us all the amenities and local spots to check out! The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained,...

'I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed'

'Almost everything was great. There were only a couple of things that we didn’t like. First, we paid for 2 queen beds, but the beds were double. Second, the dishwasher was full and thirdly, the hotel supplied lotion had been used. Not new.'
