'The room was nice sized and clean. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly. There was constant freeway noise, but that did not bother me. The location was easy to find.'

The door gets stuck and doesn’t close properly that we had to shut it ourselves. The walls were really thin, I guess that sounds and arguments from other guests were heard at any time of the night. 'The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.'

Our room wasn’t finished, new carpet, missing window screens, torn draperies, rough patched and painted wall in bathroom, never had actual hot water in sink, shower was fine. Two towels for 3 people. Staff was very happy to get more and bedding for sleeper sofa. Bedroom area had big wall fixtures on two walls where bed might have been prior but now on opposite wall, lights didn’t work. 'Close to everything, but nice and tucked away. Costco was a hop skip and jump which was nice!! Great breakfast!!! Wanted so badly to go swimming and sit in the hot tub!!! We were so exhausted tho from visiting family we went straight to bed! Will say bed was a tad hard but we slept hard anyways! Definitely would recommend!!! Thank you!!!'

'This is a pleasant place to stay—everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. The pretty courtyard in the center is a nice place to gather with friends and family. Their own bar/restaurant is staffed by friendly people, and it’s just across a small parking lot to a great bagel shop, a Starbucks, Chinese food, and a renown pizza restaurant, making it hard to decide what to eat while staying there. 'Wij hebben het er zeer naar onze zin gehad. Kamers zijn goed uitgerust met complete keuken en uitstekend bed. Realiseer je dat er geen ontbijtruimte is; bij de balie kun je muffins halen, koffie en thee. En de kamer wordt niet elke dag schoongemaakt, bij ons na 4 dagen. Dagelijks is ook nergens voor nodig.
