'Water pressure sucks. Bad pillows. Beds hurt my back'

'This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The air conditioners don’t work, the rooms are dirty, and everything smells bad. The entire property is in terrible condition and badly deteriorated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will never stay here again.'

'This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.'

'Great stay. Clean rooms, beautiful design and convenient location to the plaza!'

'The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Well located just outside of downtown KC. Excellent choice for accessing shopping, restaurants and other activities within the city. Absolutely no complaints. I will stay here again.'

'Wonderful place to stay! It was better than what I was expecting and everyone was very pleasant. Thank you!'

'The carpet was dirty with many spots. The vent on the wall had dust build up in it, the towels had hair on them.'

'Great historic hotel. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Quaint bar and restaurant with nightly jazz music. Will definitely stay here again.'
