'Great hotel! First time staying here and we were blessed with a free upgrade to a suite- it was so nice & spacious! The sitting room was perfect for the kids to watch tv and play with toys after a day at the zoo. The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. It was a quick drive to get dinner out and the free breakfast buffet was really good. '

'Everything was great with the room. We had an incident where the elevator stopped working with one member of our party in it. At the time, the staff didn’t follow protocol, however when the manager found out, he made everything right and handled it really well. I truly appreciate Sean the manager for how he handled everything. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again.'

'The gym was quite small as well as the pool. Additionally, somehow my door stop was engaged even though there was no one in my room. The front desk person kindly helped me gain access, but also seemed unsurprised, like this happens often? Just thought I would share as it was alarming to key into my room, but be barred from entering.'
