'When I went to my room, the key didn’t work, after multiple tries. Went back to the office, they treated me like I was incompetent. The gave me a different room. As I was walking away, he told me of a trick to get the door open. There shouldn’t be a trick to get in my room!! Then the pipes under the sink leaked. I had a flood on the floor. I just left it alone, I didn’t want to switch rooms again. They stated in the app that they served breakfast, they did not. I will not stay in another Motel...

'Vuil, vies . Niet te omschrijven. Zie bijgevoegde foto’s. Eerste nacht normaal verlopen, toen ik ‘s morgens een douche nam heel de kamer onder water. Andere kamer gekregen die even vuil was. Ik heb zelf ook nog een handdoek moeten bijvragen. Er lag maar 1 handdoek en dit voor 2 personen. De laatste 2 nachten geen oog dicht gedaan door de airco van de buren. Heel onveilig hier ook. 2 dagen achter elkaar politie met zwaailichten aan de kamers die bezig waren met mensen. Ik begrijp niet hoe dit...

'Breakfast was super good and was good when we were in a hurry to get out the door! Our room was clean and plenty of room for my toddler to run and play! We left the early to check out and the hotel called and asked if we left a bag because they found a child’s bag in the parking lot and were calling guest traveling with children so they didn’t forget it. It wasn’t ours but I thought it was awesome they were doing their best to track down the owner! Great hotel no complaints! We will definitely...

'Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. '

'The room was definitely not even close to the cleanest it could've been. i woukd rate the cleanliness of the room (and the entire place, honestly), 2/10. The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. 'There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy.'

'Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning.'

'Het hotel ligt opzich op een goeie plek. Met de auto ben je overal vrij snel. Alleen de accomodatie zelf heeft een flinke opknapbeurt nodig. Onze kamer was netjes en schoon maar de rest van het pand is behoorlijk in verval. Het zwembad was onbruikbaar, wat ze naar mijn mening wel moeten repareren.ontbijt was heel karig en smakeloos.
