'Parking was secure. Fridge and stove in kitchen for cooking... Staff was exceptionally nice!! Megan was very Patient with an elderly gentleman ❤️ checking in. We had a great stay.'

'The elevator did not work for our entire stay (eight nights). We were housed on the top floor. It was inconvenient. Guest services (personnel) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with nearby (walkable) restaurants, coffee shops, grocers and movie theater.'

'The hotel seems to be in somewhat of a decline for cleanliness and maintenance. They charged a $12 parking fee which they have not done on previous visits. The room was one of the smallest rooms I've ever experienced. There was no microwave or refrigerator. There were two bottles of water on the desk with $3 price tags on them. I requested synthetic pillows and cover (my husband is allergic to down) and was told it would be changed and when it wasn't, I went down to the desk to ask again. ...

'It is what you pay for. However, we requested on Thursday that we needed to stay until Monday. He told us to just come down Saturday and add more days. However when we did that we were told our room was already taken and had to move to another room which was not a double, it was one king and we had to pay the additional. Poor customer service we tried to reserve and pay early and then what we were told was not honored. Most likely will not stay here again because of this.'
