'Nice place conveniently located near attractions and excellent restaurants especially LC BBQ and Niece's Restaurant. We had weak phone signals and couldn't access the wifi but our host quickly answered our phone call and gave us the check in information we needed and tge redt of tge stay was very nice'

'To be honest, we were slightly nervous driving to the house, as the neighborhood to the north of the property appears to be a bit "rough". However, the house itself was surrounded by other (what appeared to be) rental houses. A short 3 block drive south and west took us into a much nicer neighborhood. We stayed for a bachelorette party, so we had 12 women. The house was perfect for sleeping 2-3 guests per room, each with our own bathroom. However, we only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth in most...

'My family (siblings and mother) stayed here for 4 nights and they absolutely loved. Very clean and well kept. My 88 year old mother loved that there was not 1 step in the whole place!!The owner was also super easy to work with and promptly replied to every question. A very easy and enjoyable experience overall. '

'We stayed here for our mini vaca. It was perfect! The location was great for our plans. The house was the perfect size for all of us and was very comfortable! The hosts were wonderful! There was possible bad weather and they made sure we were aware and knew who to call if there was power outages! I would highly recommend staying in this house! '

'My family gathered from 5 states at Dayna's. The house was very comfortable for our family reunion. We used the house as a landing pad for local activities. We never felt crowded due to the multiple living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms. '

'This place was perfect for our getaway to Kansas City. We really loved exploring 39th St. So being so close to that was wonderful.That said, we spent time at 18th and Vine and actually all over Kansas City in this place was well located for us.Jim is a great communicator and may check in easy.'

'Really appreciated how clean the property was. The house has been updated and felt fresh. Typically, when we enter any rental, there’s a chemical smelly plug-in in every room and every closet. They were still in the property, but this was not overwhelm chemicals. It was truly fresh and clean. We also appreciated all the little condiments and special things left to help us in case we forgot. Equally we liked that we didn’t have to throw excess away when we left the property, like unopened soda...

'Located near Waldo with shopping and dining options. Comfortable beds and great shower. Comfortable house with Updated kitchen. Disappointed to find the King Bedroom was up a set of narrow stairs but is paired with a 1/2 bath. Parking and entry situation was a little confusing and not described well in the check-in instructions. Parking in back of home with entry by the deck but entry key pad at front door. 'This property was an incredible stay! Mike was more than accommodating and his communication was incredible. We had a group 13 for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was an awesome addition and the outdoor space was so much fun! One day we stayed at the house all day and had a cookout- perfect space for it! Plus, the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful! Everyone person in our group was blown away and wants to book again for their own family!'
