'Communication was great. The place was perfect for our short stay. The town was nice as well.'

'Absolutely loved staying here. And will be returning. Beautiful home. Excellent host. And great communication.'

'Nice, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay!'

'Great property in a nice neighborhood. Very conveniently located for us.'

'The owner didn’t let us know when the garbage went out so come over to empty the can. I appreciated that but then let himself in to “ turn out the light “. The was a bat flying around in the basement with guano all over the floor. Parking was horrible with narrow streets and cars everywhere. We moved to a different property that was much better She offered to us. I don’t like to complain but it was ridiculous. I believe the owners or manager came in the property at least a couple of times while...

'Great place to stay! Safe, quiet neighborhood. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into every detail.'

'We had a awesome stay. '

'I would definitely rent this again! It was just perfect in every way. The layout was perfect. The pool table, theater room, dart board provided entertainment in our downtime. Large table to accommodate everyone. Huge beautiful kitchen. Fenced yard for pets. And the icing on the cake…the hosts! Super friendly and always quick if not immediate responses. Not to mention close to everything! '

'The property is nice overall, very clean, easy check-in, loved the location - but it was not our most comfortable stay. For example: There were not any trash cans in the upstairs guest bedrooms or bathroom, so any trash has to be brought down to a trash can. The master shower upstairs couldn’t get any hot water to it - other showers were backwards with the hot/cold flipped, but this one just didn’t have any hot water available. It said there was a fenced backyard, but this yard is not fenced -...

'This is a lovely home that accommodated our large group very well. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The only complaint was that it could have been a little cleaner. I'm not a neat-freak, but my bed didn't look like the sheets had been changed. There were dirt flecks and hair in it when I pulled back the comforter. Other than that, we loved gathering there and would highly recommend!'

'The property is meticulous. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with very nice amenities. The shower is amazing with excellent water pressure and big fluffy towels. Water front is lovely. It is much nicer than the listed pictures on VRBO. We commuted back and forth to Lawrence each day and it is a beautiful drive, within about 1/2 hour. Resulted in a quiet retreat instead of plain motel. Next time I would pack golf clubs as there is a nice course within a few blocks. I...

'Cute house in nice quiet neighborhood! Our packages and deliveries got there and were undisturbed. We enjoyed staying there. Lots of space for everyone. The property could use a deep cleaning. Also water for the shower kept getting cold and we would have to keep turning it off then on again multiple times to get more hot water. So for one shower you may have to repeat the off/on step 6 or 7 times. The soap dispenser kept falling off the shower so we just put it on the shower floor since...

'First time in a barndominium and it was very nice. Comfortable beds, nice shower and very quiet area.'

'We had a wonderful experience. It was a great size for our family.'

'The location was very convenient for our granddaughter’s wedding weekend. The house was comfortable and well laid out for our purposes 1 would stay there again.'

'The back yard needed to be mowed, the kitchen smelled like sea food or fried fish, the restroom in the hall by all of the bedrooms smelled like cat urine, and only 1 of the 3 televisions worked in the home. The back deck the wood is cracked and looks like a safety hazard, had so much over growth you could barely make it down the decks steps to the overgrown backyard. I messaged the host about the televisions not working and the cat urine smell and only got back what seemed like automated...

'Our group of 16 ranged from toddlers to grandparents, and we were all very comfortable in this spacious home. It was filled with most anything one would need and communication with the host was friendly and informative. Kids loved all of the gaming options. The location was perfect with easy access to main roads, grocery store, coffee, etc. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Everything was great!'
