◈ During your stay, you'll have the added benefit of an on-site host who resides in a private main-floor bedroom separate from the guest accommodations. While you'll enjoy your own private spaces, the host is available to answer questions, provide assistance if needed, and help ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

◈ There is also a long-term tenant who occupies a private basement bedroom. The tenant has a separate exterior entrance at the back of the home and uses the shared common areas on the main floor and in the basement. The upper level, including all three guest bedrooms, is reserved exclusively for guests, allowing you to enjoy your own private sleeping accommodations while sharing the home's common spaces in a respectful and welcoming environment.

Guests will have access to the estate’s luxury amenities across all levels of the home, including:

Upper Level

• The Fireside Chamber (Bedroom 1)— king suite with private fireplace, sitting area, dual bathrooms, whirlpool tub, and large walk-in closets
• The Royal Music Chamber (Bedroom 2) — king suite with keyboard, sitting lounge, whirlpool tub, and walk-in closet
• The Magistrate’s Chamber (Bedroom 3) — queen suite with desk workspace, sitting area, whirlpool tub, and walk-in closet
• The Regal Cinema — private 3-seat theater with surround sound and 75" screen
• The Hospitality Chamber — kitchenette area with breakfast table, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer, and dryer
• The Rapunzel Porch — covered outdoor deck with gliding furniture and lake views

Main Floor

• Full chef-style kitchen and dining spaces

✓ Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM — please be respectful of the peaceful surroundings and neighboring properties
✓ No smoking inside the home
✓ If smoking or vaping, please do so outside in designated outdoor areas only
✓ A $500 smoking fee will apply for any indoor smoking to cover ozone treatment and lost revenue
✓ Strictly no pets allowed, as Winston the Westie resides on the property
✓ Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine per pet
✓ Starter supplies are provided, including toiletries, paper goods, and coffee essentials
✓ Some owner storage, utility, and supply areas may remain locked and are not accessible to guests
✓ During colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, decks, and outdoor areas
✓ Salt and sand are provided, but please use caution as weather conditions may change quickly
✓ We reserve the right to enter the property for emergency or scheduled maintenance if necessary
✓ Exterior security cameras and noise monitoring devices are installed at the property for safety and compliance purposes.

We do not allow any personal mail &/or package deliveries of any kind, no exceptions.

~Do not disrespect Neighbors.
~Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.
~Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)
~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.

Building Office Access: Please note that the building office reserves the right to enter the premises during your stay for scheduled maintenance or in case of emergency situations beyond the host's control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.
