'This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.'

'I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.'

'Staff was lovely. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Parking was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby had a smell, but the rest of the hotel was great.'

'Great staff. Breakfast was very well maintained. Attentive staff. Great new facility.'

'Best hotel ive stayed in'

'Excellent location'

'Our room was very clean; the staff was very helpful to questions we had; the parking lot was very convenient! We had a great experience staying here and would definitely stay here again!'

'Honestly great and clean place to stay at. Good amount of amenities. The only thing that was weird and unexpected to me was having to pay almost $8 for overnight parking in a lot, not a fancy garage or anything just the open lot. Then again- this was the first “fancier” hotels i’ve stayed at- it just threw me off to pay for parking when others have regular parking.'
