'Everything was great with the room. We had an incident where the elevator stopped working with one member of our party in it. At the time, the staff didn’t follow protocol, however when the manager found out, he made everything right and handled it really well. I truly appreciate Sean the manager for how he handled everything. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again.'

She went out of her way to accommodate us and recommended some fun places to go. Aside from that the hotel was very nice and quiet. My daughters loved the pool. '

The front desk person kindly helped me gain access, but also seemed unsurprised, like this happens often? 'Perfect stay for family of 4. 2 bedrooms with full baths attached were a plus for busy soccer filled weekend! Microwave, stove and fridge were all utilized. Great stay, very roomy and clean. Morning coffee bar was so fun! Will stay again!'
