'We didn’t receive instructions to access the property and the owner didn’t respond to communications. It took an hour on the phone with VRBO who also left messages with owner. 'We had a wonderful time at this very comfortable home. The house had all the comforts and conveniences of a home with a well appointed kitchen. The location is in a nice residential neighborhood lined with huge, beautiful Live Oaks and a short distance from the fun, historic downtown district in Conway. 'The home was beautiful but I am giving a low rating because the pool and spa were only warm one of the five nights I had requested it. The pool was my chief reason for renting the home so I was severely disappointed after checking the pool at 7:30 every night with no luck. This did put a major demper on our saty.'
