'Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf van 2 dagen in The Cypress Inn. De mensen waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de kamer was heel fraai. Ook de locatie was heel mooi gelegen, vlakbij een rivier met een mooi wandelpad. Ook het ontbijt was erg lekker en de sfeer is zeer gemoedelijk. Een echte aanrader.'

'As soon as we walked it several roaches crawled across our floor. Went to front desk and nobody answered. The furniture was also broken and damaged. And the shower was horrible. Hotel looks nothing like the photos. WILL NOT BE BOOKING AGAIN!!'

'This is an old boarding house with great history. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. A code is given to get into the front door and for your assigned room. We did have problems getting into our room but once i figured out who to call, she took care of it quick. Very close to Back Woods . '

'There was some kind of bug carcass in my room. Thought it was a freaking frog at first. I had to call my son back into the room to check it out. The outlets next to the bed (on the nightstands) were loose and/or broken which made them unusable. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back.'

'We stayed in a pet room and the floor clearly had not been mopped. There was dog urine all over the floor. Safety hazard...I opened the door to step out of my room and there was a moving water hose on the ground. no safety warning or anything. I walked to my car and the man on the second floor was hosing off the second floor and the water just poured over the sides.....no warning. I had to ask him to stop spraying me. the parking was insufficient. Office staff very rude like they just didn't...

'I didn't like anything. It was so bad that I went to a different hotel. The door to the room did not work. There was paper towel stuffed in the peak hole. The bathroom was filthy. I've never had such a bad experience as this one. There was die bugs on the floor. I can keep going. When you go back to talk to the staff and the frist thing they ask if you want a different room, then you know, it's pretty bad. Please dont go there.'

'This was probably one of the worst hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel smells like the marijuana is coming through the vents. The room I was in was completely filthy. There was looks like to be a dried drink stain all over the wall. There was a sheet underneath the bed that was dirty. There’s people constantly standing outside very sketchy place will never stay again or recommend to anyone'

'Husband took a group of golfers there and they loved it. They had plenty of room and said it was clean and very nice.'

'Even though I had a reservation there were no available rooms and I guess it was for the better since this is the worst, most rundown motel I have ever seen in my life and Im from the projects of Detroit. '
