'Fantastic location and comfortable stay!
The location of this hotel is unbeatable—it’s right next to Komtar JBCC and City Square, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient, especially after crossing CIQ.
The room was spotless, modern, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a great spread with plenty of variety. Would definitely stay here again on my next...

'The 2-room suite (for 4 of us) was smaller than I expected but is comfortable and clean. The staff at the counter were most supportive, helping us with Touch n go related requests, among others. Location was easy to find, and is accessible without being in a crowded area. Breakfast is moderately good, there were better options on the 2nd day for vegetarians.'

'Close to shops and heritage street (10 min walk). One of the concierges, Sejun, helped us very good with information and transport. '

'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good.
However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.:
a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy
b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel
Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available.
Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'
