'Overall was good but the amenities in the room were lacking. Not sure if the staff forgot to topup or what but we only had 1 towel. We had to request for another towel, 2 face towel and 2 bathrobes (as we are planning to swim). Another point was we booked a king bedroom and during check in the staff also mentioned kind bedroom but it turns out that the ‘king’ bed was 2 single bed combined together. '

'A bit distance if you need to walk. Best is to drive car. Clean unit. Nothing to complain. Just need Grab or Car to access out of the hotel. '

'Breakfast menu had variety. From the standard rice noodle options to toast, croissants. They even had dimsums. Overall breakfast choices was good. Food was nice. There were lots of dining options around the hotel. The newrest kfc closed late, so we were able to grab supper.'

Near the kotajail and zoo so a worthwhile visit while staying here. Compliment to Citra and Sham - friendly and welcoming. The room is relatively near just some piping sound in the room on and off from room 524.'
