'The pictures do not match what I had arrived to. The staff were very disinterested and seem bothered by our presence. There were a few nice and pleasant staff members but very few and far between. The gym was grossly inadequate. The rooms were periously small and very little storage space or capacity. The all inclusive experience was "really" what I had imagined or previously experience. You needed reservations and many times the reservations were full and so that meant you had to wait or dine...

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'A great inn set within a historical location. Great amenities, restaurants and pool with boat service to all these and the nearby Galleon Beach. Loft room was spectacular with an amazing view of the harbor. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We can not wait to come back.'

'Perfect place to unwind and recharge. The food and drinks were superb, and the staff were friendly. We had a wonderful couples massage. The entertainment was low-key and quaint. We highly recommend getting a bungalow with a plunge pool since the beach cabanas are in the sun by mid-afternoon.'

'Had to change rooms which took 2 days to arrange as the first room I would rate as 1* with very outdated amenities and bathroom not fit for use. Changed room was slightly better, but wouldn’t return to this resort.'
