'Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton.'

'Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless. Didn't get to use the pool but it appeared to also be spotless. Noise level was minimal. My only mild inconvenience was that the air conditioner is a bit noisy and it does kick on and off VERY frequently which was a little annoying, but I don't think that's anyone's fault! '

'Ceiling was leaking right outside our door, carpet was soaked. No AC thermostat in our room/not working - window unit installed. Door deadbolt not functional/locks you out. Very dirty underneath pull out couch, hair in shower. Staff was very friendly though. They tried to be helpful where they could with all the above.'

'The staff were wonderful! Colleen, the manager, and the other shift workers were wonderful!!!!!! The amenities could be better accessible especially because of the price and I understand that the place was renovated, but that’s another reason I expected more…the cleaning staff were good as well, but the joking, playing, and loudness from them in the hallway was very disrespectful while we’re trying to rest.'

'Goed vrij nieuw hotel met zeer ruime kamers inclusief keuken. Vriendelijk personeel, buitenruimte met meerdere zitjes. Dichtbij de snelweg en bij een mall. Als ik in Canton moet zijn, is dit weer mijn hotel.'

'5 days stay for an event. Requested enough towels for the entire stay and was only allowed the number used per day and they weren’t even clean. I had to purchase bathroom cleaner and a scrub brush to clean my own bathroom. The key card locked me out daily. I had to go to the front desk every day and have them fix it. This facility is currently going through a renovation but I canceled my upcoming stay and made reservations elsewhere. A dirty room is unacceptable let alone a bathroom.'

'The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me.'
