'The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. "The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly. The room isn't large, but everything is there. We had a pleasant stay. Our air conditioning wasn't working; the temperature remained at 25 degrees Celsius (outside of a heatwave). After reporting it, it was fixed within 10 minutes. What could be improved is the breakfast arrangement: an illogical order creates unnecessary delays. The coffee corner is also illogical and is right next to a breakfast table."
