'It was literally one of the best hotel experiences i’ve ever had, the views, atmosphere, service, the hotel itself, the pool… all incredible. Because it was our first time in Jeju they even upgraded our room. 10/10, would recommend! Thank you so much!😍'

'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. Beds were very small, eventhough we booked a twin room, you expect at least a 180 cm bed. And the bathroom is very outdated - a...

' 수영장으로 가는 동선도 짧아서 좋았고 방역도 잘되어 있어서 벌레도 많이 없고 식음도 너무 좋았고 조경도 예쁘고 테라스도 넓직해서 좋고 딥티크 제품들도 잘 사용했습니다. 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 그런데 예전건물이라 그런지 욕실의 환기가 잘 안되더라구요. 다음번에 방문할 때는 힐 스위트에 묵어야겠습니다.'

'The scenery surrounded the hotel is beautiful with sea view and wind turbine. The staff was very helpful to help us with the luggage as the pension is at the second floor. However the pension could have provided more facilities such as tea and coffee sachets or some convenient food available to purchase on sites. The location of the pension is suitable for self drive holiday.'

'객실 면적은 넓은 편이고 청결한 축에 속하나 샤워기가 제대로 고정되지 않아서 샤워 중 저절로 떨어지거나 샤워칸 문이 덜컥 거리는 등 시설관리가 미비하였고 냉장고 온도를 제일 낮게 맞춰진 줄 모르고 보관한 과일 등 시원하지 않아서 불편하였음.'
