'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. 'I loved our stay at the siena primo! The room was super clean and updated..I could tell that everything was well thought out and cared for. Breakfast buffet was awesome..! And swimming pool was so warm and comfortable to swim in even at night. Our family really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!'
