'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. 'wow, I love this hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was phenomenal and the room was immaculate. Well stocked with water and coffee and the beds were incredibly comfortable super soft pillows. The bedding was really soft and comfortable.
