'This property is in desperate need of a deep clean and frankly a remodel/refresh. The staff have really cute personal touches around the property and everyone was lovely. 'I stayed here and the front desk worker was amazing. I went to my room before leaving and it looked like no one cleaned the room in weeks. The floor wasn’t swept, the bathroom tub was filthy and the entire room was nasty. I had to clean the tub before I before I could step foot in it. It looked like they had been doing construction and just left it as is. The floor in the room was just as disgusting. The lock on the door was not secure and was broken. It looked as if it had been replaced...

I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...
